About Us
Micrew Academy delivers specialized training that equips individuals with practical skills, knowledge, and safety practices to excel across industries.
Micrew Academy was founded by Azizul Naim, a Crane Lifting & Rigging Consultant and Trainer with over 10 years of experience in occupational safety and health (OSH) and crane and rigging safety training.
A certified DOSH Crane Operator, Azizul specializes in mobile crane operations, rigging and lifting operations, lifting supervision, signalman duties, and lifting gear and crane inspection. He is also a NIOSH-certified Train The Trainer (BTT 3093-Q) and has delivered professional crane, rigging, and safety training in collaboration with recognized training and consultancy organizations.
Led by our founder, the Micrew Academy team consists of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering certified crane and rigging safety training that meets current industry safety standards and workplace compliance requirements. Through continuous learning and development, our team ensures every training program is practical, up to date, and aligned with best practices in safe lifting operations.

1. Basic Rigging, Slinging and Signalman
